According to police affidavits, Moss brought his two-year-old son to Our Lady of the Lake’s Children Hospital. The toddler was suffering from a single gunshot wound. Investigators quickly determined the shooting occurred at Moss’ apartment on South Flannery Road.
Furthermore, the official arrest documents reveal how the incident happened. Moss told investigators he was asleep in bed with his toddler. Unfortunately, his son managed to grab a loaded handgun. Moss kept the firearm hidden beneath his pillow for security.
