Cam Skattebo is out for the 2025 NFL season after suffering a dislocated ankle in Week 8.
The rookie running back won’t return in 2025, but he should be back for Week 1 of the 2026 NFL season.
It may have stopped him on the field, but not from participating in other things.
Since being out, he has been seen on Monday Night Raw getting into a brawl and yelling at an UFC match.
When he’s not out and about, Cam Skattebo goes live on Twitch and entertains his fans.
On Monday, however, he took to social media to use his platform for good.
He used it to get a younger person signed.
In an attempt to get noticed, Class of 2026 high school running back Talen Mather posted his highlights.
He tagged a ton of people, including Cam Skattebo.
Skattebo saw the post and reacted with, “Get him an offer!!!! He’s on his way up, watch !!!”

According to MaxPreps, Mather rushed for 1,306 yards and 17 touchdowns.
He did all of this in 11 games this season for Frontier High School.
He helped Frontier High School in Bakersfield, California, get to a 6-5 record.
Cam Skattebo was in a similar position, as he only had two college offers: William & Mary and Sacramento State.
He played two seasons at Sacramento State before transferring to Arizona State.
Cam Skattebo Is The Future Of The Giants

Cam Skattebo is on the road to recovery.
The 23-year-old running back won’t entertain fans again until the 2026 NFL season.
Skattebo suffered an open tibia fracture and ruptured deltoid ligament in addition to a right ankle dislocation.
Skattebo’s impactful rookie season ended with 101 rushes for 410 yards and five touchdowns.
The rookie rusher went on to record seven all-purpose touchdowns across seven games.
A healthy Skattebo and Malik Nabers can strike fear into the rest of the league.
