Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver AJ Brown has been linked with several AFC sides, three of which were in the playoffs this year. And one of them is playing in next Sunday’s Super Bowl.

Brown has been the subject of many a trade rumor over the past two seasons. And, while the Eagles insist they want him in Philly, he’s still expected to be dealt.

Brown made it clear that he was unhappy all year. And things came to a head during the Eagles’ playoff loss earlier this month. The WR got into a spat with head coach Nick Sirianni on the sideline. Big Dom had to jump in to hold him back.

What Would It Take To Get AJ Brown Out Of Philly?

CBS Sports‘ Tyler Sullivan has suggested the Buffalo Bills, New England Patriots, Denver Broncos, and Las Vegas Raiders will all be in the market for a wideout. He reckons they could have their sights set on Brown.

“Brown has consistently been linked to trade rumors over the last few years. The tumultuous relationship between the wideout and the Eagles is well-documented,” Sullivan writes.

“During Philadelphia’s playoff loss to the 49ers, Brown was seen in a sideline altercation with coach Nick Sirianni, further suggesting this tenure may have run its course.”

As for what it could cost, he says Philly shouldn’t want more than a third-round pick plus a fifth-rounder.

“Brown also appeared to lose a step in 2025, notably dropping some key balls in that playoff defeat to San Francisco,” Sullivan added. “That may also make some prospective teams a bit skittish about trading blue-chip draft capital for him.”

It would come as a surprise if AJ Brown is still on the Eagles’ roster next season.
