54-Year-Old Michael Strahan Just Became A Dad Again & Kept It A Secret, This Time With His 36-Year-Old GF

Michael Strahan has spent years keeping his personal life mostly out of the spotlight.
That approach just made for one of the year’s biggest surprise announcements.
The ‘GMA’ host and former NFL star welcomed a baby girl earlier this year with longtime girlfriend Kayla Quick. For now, it’s only according to TMZ.
Neither Strahan nor Quick had publicly confirmed the pregnancy before the report broke.
The news makes Strahan, 54, a father of five.
Strahan And Quick Have Dated Since 2015
Strahan already has four children from two previous marriages. He shares daughter Tanita, 34, and son Michael Jr., 31, with first wife Wanda Hutchins, and 21-year-old twin daughters Isabella and Sophia with second wife Jean Muggli.
Quick, 36, has been part of the family for close to a decade, appearing in Christmas photos, family vacations, and both twins’ high school graduations over the years.
Strahan addressed his relationship with Quick directly back in 2015, appearing on ‘Watch What Happens Live’ shortly after they started dating.
“I am in a serious relationship,” he told host Andy Cohen, declining to share her name.
He also explained his approach to keeping his romantic life private.
“One thing I learned? The whole public relationship thing doesn’t work,” he said. “I prefer to do my thing and live my life away from that. It puts too much pressure on it.”
Quick has built her own career alongside the relationship, founding the wellness brand Fizzness, which sells beauty-focused powdered drink packets.
She’s remained a steady presence through major family moments, including supporting Strahan through Isabella’s medulloblastoma diagnosis in October 2023, a brain tumor that she underwent surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation to treat before entering remission by early 2025.
Strahan Has Continued Juggling Multiple High-Profile Roles
Strahan’s career has stayed busy well beyond his family life. He splits his time between ‘Good Morning America’, ‘Fox NFL Sunday’, and hosting ‘The $100,000 Pyramid’, a workload he’s occasionally hinted he won’t maintain forever.
None of that slowed down this year, though, as he continued to add new ventures, including a recent partnership to launch the World Fencing League alongside Olympic fencer Miles Chamley-Watson.
Strahan has not personally commented on the new addition to his family.
For now, the milestone remains a quiet one, fitting the same private approach he’s kept toward his relationship with Quick for the past eleven years.
