Lip Readers Think They Caught Bears GM Ryan Poles Making Blockbuster Trade During Phone Call On MNF [VIDEO]

Chicago Bears general manager Ryan Poles has not closed the door on making additional roster moves.

Because the Bears traded away their 2027 and 2028 first-round picks to land Simmons, any additional trade package would need to rely on Day 3 draft picks or lower-cost capital.

It appears that he just might do that.

Bears Fans Wonder if Ryan Poles Will Add More Before Deadline

On Monday Night Football, the Bears ended up dismantling the Seattle Seahawks. It was enough to make you think the team could be Super Bowl-bound.

In the midst of the beatdown, social media noticed that Ryan Poles was on the phone talking. Lip readers even figured out what he was saying.

“Let’s do a 5th this year and your ahh 7th,” fans allegedly think he said.

The Bears are currently working through in-house adjustments to absorb Simmons’ $7.9 million cap hit and open a spot on the 53-man roster. Whatever it takes to push this team over the top, Poles is apparently willing to do.

With Caleb Williams playing like he is, you must grab this possible Super Bowl window and run with it.
