Rashee Rice might be facing the real possibility of his NFL career being over amid domestic violence allegations. Amid that, it seems he might be having money issues.

The recent drama surrounding Rice will make this offseason even more complicated for the Kansas City Chiefs. An Instagram post shared last month by his ex-girlfriend made serious allegations of domestic violence. Dacoda Nichole Jones, who has two children with Rice, claimed in the post that she “dealt with abuse for years.”

That followed the breakup between “me and this man” a couple months ago, she has been dealing with “nothing but hell.” Jones, who did not name her alleged abuser, included multiple photos of bruises and scratches on her face and body.

She explained that she’s “so tired of protecting his image” and that “it’s time to protect my peace, protect my children and stand up for myself.”

The following month, Rashee Rice publicly announced he was dating Rubi Rose. Now, it looks like he might not be able to keep up with his lifestyle.

Social Media Is Sure Rashee Rice Is Broke With His App Promotion

Chiefs wideout Rashee Rice has social media talking about his bank account this week. He took to his Instagram story and posted about an app that pays you to play games. Rice is also on the app to make money.

“Pocked in wit this app that pays u to play games on ur phone!! So if u trynna make more bread 2026 go tap in,” he wrote.

Fans were convinced that his money was funny.

“Rashee out here making $900k but grinding phone games for that extra DoorDash money 😂. Bro said ‘blessings keep coming’ like the app’s gonna drop him a Lambo skin for 10k points. NFL realignment: WR to influencer speedrun 2026🔥,” one fan said.

“Spent all 900k real quick though,” a second fan stated.

“So he got 500 after taxes and prob blew that in 3 months … he’s got the IQ of a lamp shade,” a third fan commented.

The Chiefs finished the season at 6-11 and missed the playoffs for the first time since 2014. Rice recorded 53 receptions for 571 yards and five touchdowns, despite playing in only eight games due to a six-game suspension.
