“Travis Kelce Is Done” — NFL Insider Shares Unfortunate Update On Chiefs TE

Travis Kelce is heading into a make-or-break season with the Kansas City Chiefs after one of the toughest years of his NFL career.
After a summer spent tying the knot with Taylor Swift in a private ceremony at Madison Square Garden and later enjoying a secret honeymoon, the 36-year-old tight end is back at training camp, and the critics are out in full force.
Questions about whether he can still play at the highest level only got louder this week after NFL insider Jason La Canfora shared a blunt evaluation from a league scout. Speaking to Casino Guru News, La Canfora said one scout believes Kelce’s days as a top-tier player have ended.
“Kelce is done. That’s over. What you saw last year, that’s what he is,” the scout told La Canfora.
To top it off, fans have been poking fun at his physique, claiming he showed up to camp sporting a full-on “dad bod” after his eventful summer off.
Kelce Focuses On Leadership And A Fresh Start

Despite the criticism, Kelce appears focused on helping Kansas City bounce back from a disappointing season. The Chiefs missed the playoffs for the first time since 2014, and Kelce acknowledged that he could have done more to help the team during difficult moments.
When reporters asked what he wants to improve this season, Kelce pointed to leadership.
“Just being a better leader,” he said. “When we get stuck, with adversity hitting, who’s going to want you in that foxhole with you? That’s one of those things, I want to be one of those guys that everybody counts on to be there and get us out of that foxhole.”
Kelce also admitted he fell short in some areas last season.
“There were things I could have done better in that regard,” he said.
The longtime Chiefs star sounded confident about his current condition. He told reporters, “I feel ready to rock and roll. Just trying to make sure I set that example for the guys around me, that this is the standard.”
Kelce also opened up about his wedding during his first media session of the season. He called the celebration “the best night of my life” and thanked everyone who attended.
Now, with training camp underway and the Chiefs’ preseason opener against the Los Angeles Rams right around the corner, Kelce has one simple job, just to prove the doubters wrong.
